2 Minute Hawaiian Pie

5 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
20 oz. can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup, undrained
8 oz. sour cream
9 inch graham cracker pie crust

In a large bowl, combine the dry vanilla pudding mix, undrained crushed pineapple, and sour cream; stir until well blended. Pour mixture into pie crust.  And you’re done! Cover and chill 2 hours before serving. If you like garnish the pie with whipped topping, flaked coconut, maraschino cherries, or pineapple for a tropical look.
