There’s ALWAYS something fun going on at Adrian’s Boutique in downtown Buhler, Kansas!

This week we hosted over 40 ladies from Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Hutchison.  We were having so much fun that we forgot to take even ONE picture! Everyone enjoyed a delicious dinner plus dessert and gourmet goodies. It’s been awhile since I’ve included a recipe for you… Here is a new one that our daughter-in-law made earlier this week…DELICIOUS, and perfect for the colder weather coming! Enjoy!

Ham Balls

Mix and shape into 2 inch balls:

2 1/2 lbs ground ham
2 lbs ground beef (Cassie used 1/2 pork and 1/2 beef)
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs
2 c. crushed graham crackers

Sauce:
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 t. mustard (the spice – not prepared)
1/2 c. vinegar

Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 30 2 inch balls.
Can freeze the balls and cover with sauce before serving.
