We’ve got some GREAT recipes and ideas for Easy-to-Make-and-Take New Years Snacks in today’s post, and look forward to seeing you this week with some fabulous specials going on at Adrians Boutique!
First things first… New Years Weekend is right around the corner, and whether you family likes to stay up and watch the Ball Drop in Times Square, or you’re more about the Rose Bowl Parade and Football game on New Year’s Day, we have some great snacks for you to serve! 1. NEW to Adrian’s and just in time for New Years: Dot’s Homestyle Pretzels*. These are FABULOUS right out of the bag! Dot’s Pretzels are made in North Dakota and we have waited MONTHS for them to open our account. They simply cannot make enough Dot’s Pretzels to keep up with the demand! Crazy Good!!! (Available at Adrians)
2. Slice some of our delicious (non-greasy) Younkin’s Summer Sausage* and serve with some smoked cheddar (we love the smoked cheddar cheese from Hometown Foods next door to Adrian’s) and crackers. Super easy! (Younkin’s available at Adrians)
3. Adrian’s FAMOUS Jake & Amos Hot & Sweet Pepper Relish*. Just open the jar and pour over softened cream cheese that you’ve put on a plate. Serve with Ritz crackers. (Hot & Sweet Pepper Relish, Corn Salsa & Peach Salsa all available at Adrians).
4. Make one of our delicious Cheeseballs by simply adding one of our Cheeseball Mixes to softened cream cheese. So easy! We rolled this one in dried cranberries to fancy it up just a bit, but they each come with their own topping right in the package! (Dozens available at Adrians).
5. I made these “Tortellini Skewers” from a Pioneer Woman recipe to take to our Christmas gathering at my sister’s home in Olathe, Kansas. They are super easy to make and you can definitely make them ahead of time. You do have to cook the tortellini, but that is not too difficult! Click HERE for Tortellini Skewer Recipe.
6. These were Apple, Brie & Honey Crostini’s from the “Two Peas and their Pod” Blog were really delicious too! Very easy to put together and oh! so! yummy! Click HERE for the Apple, Brie and Honey Crostini Recipe.
