I don’t know about you, but after the busyness of the Thanksgiving and Christmas season, I love the relative solitude and peacefulness that the cold days of January bring. After growing up in southern California, I enjoy the change of seasons we have in Kansas, even the occasional white-out blizzards and super cold days…as long as they don’t hang around too long!
Another thing I enjoy about January is getting back to a more regular schedule, time to experiment with my Instant Pot and trying out new soup recipes and even doing a little baking. But enough about me! Let’s talk about your January VIP Box!

I chose the theme “Winter White” for this BOX for several reasons, one being that I just love the color! The process of searching for items for our boxes, working with our vendors, putting it all together and getting them shipped out the door is monumental, but so is the joy I get knowing that people will love their surprise! Whether you’re giving the Box as a gift or treating yourself, I know you will enjoy this one!
We have had many stories shared about the circumstances under which a VIP Box has arrived to really inspire and cheer someone up. One in particular stands out to me as I write this today… A mom sent a VIP BOX to her adult daughter who was going through a very hard time. The Box arrived as she was in tears at her desk, and it completely changed her day! Just the fact that someone thought of her and took time to find and send a gift “out of the blue” made her day!
Our January VIP Box is themed “WINTER WHITE – Relax, Refresh, Renew” and we have used an owl theme to convey the fresh start of the New Year, as owls represent wisdom, patience and solitude. I hope you will be able to take time to plan, set goals, think and reflect on the new opportunities that 2019 will bring to you. It takes intentional time to think about the year ahead, and it is hard to do when you’re running around getting ready for the holidays!

Our first item that set the tone for this month’s “WINTER WHITE” VIP BOX is this luxurious, soft and warm faux fur Infinity Scarf in winter white. This looks great on any skin tone and feels so soft and cozy on those cold winter days. I absolutely LOVE this item, and hope you do too!
This month, I have also included my all time favorite, Orange Vanilla Candle, made right here in Kansas. For years, I would buy this whenever I ran across it in a store, but felt that we didn’t need another candle line at Adrian’s. I finally “saw the light” and brought it in. I love their hand mixed, 100% soy wax and their commitment to highly fragranced, clean burning candles. All off their fragrances are available in the Winter White color, so they blend into any decor. Love that!
We have included yet another favorite item, Snowballs White Chocolate Popcorn from South Bend Chocolate Company in South Bend, Indiana. We LOVE their products and felt that their Snowball Mix was a perfect fit for a WINTER WHITE VIP BOX.
