3 Layer Caramel Apple Torte 

This dessert is the perfect finish to a heavy meal…just nice and light! Takes longer to unwrap the Twinkies than it does to make the dessert! Enjoy!

1 packet Caramel Apple Dip Mix (Available at Adrians)
1 pkg (15 oz) Hostess Twinkies (10 Twinkies)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz. frozen whipped topping (Cool Whip)
2 pkg (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding
2 3/4 cups milk
Ground cinnamon for garnish

Slice Twinkies in half lengthwise and place cream-side up, in a single layer in a 13 x 19 inch baking dish. Using a mixer, blend together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract and 1/2 of whipped topping until smooth. Spread evenly over Twinkies.

Combine pudding mixes, Caramel Apple Dip Mix and milk. Whisk until well blended and layer over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate several hours or until set. When ready to serve, cut squares and top with a dollop of Cool Whip. Lightly sprinkle with ground cinnamon for garnish. Refrigerate several hours or until set. Makes 12 servings.
