Crust:
1 package Molly & Drew Beer Cake: Amore Amaretto
1/3 c. melted butter
1 egg
Mix with fork until crumbly. Reserve 1/2 of this mixture. Press 1/2 of mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Filling:
1 – 17.5 oz. jar Adrian’s Kitchen Orange Marmalade (We think Raspberry would be delicious too!
1 – 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
Spread marmalade evenly over crust. Combine sugar, egg, vanilla and softened cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Spread over marmalade.
Topping:
Sprinkle reserved crumb topping over all.
Bake for 28 to 30 minutes in the 350 degree oven. Let cool completely and chill before serving. Store in the refrigerator.
