Banana Bar Cake

1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. mashed banana
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix sugar, sour cream, margarine, and eggs in mixing bowl. Beat for 1 minute. Add banana and vanilla. Beat until mixed in. Now add in flour, salt, and baking soda. Mix on medium speed for 1 minute. Pour into greased cookie sheet with sides (approximately 12X17). Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. After cake cools frost with cream cheese frosting.

Cream Cheese Frosting

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. margarine, softened
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cream cheese, margarine, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
