1 lb. hamburger (crumbled, browned and drained)
1/2 c. BBQ sauce
1 can refrigerated biscuits
3/4 c. shredded cheese
Combine hamburger and BBQ sauce. Separate biscuits and roll flat. Fit into muffin pan, pullin up the sides. Spoon hamburger mixture into biscuits and top with cheese. You can leave open or pull muffin up and pinch it closed. Bake 15 minutes at 400.
