1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 lb. hamburger
2 T. brown sugar
1 T. vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
6 oz. can tomato paste
16 oz. Pork ‘n Beans
chips
Cook green peppe, celery, onion, and hamburger until vegetables are tender and hamburger is browned. Mix the brown sugar, vinegar, tomato paste and Pork ‘n Beans with the hamburger-vegetable mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with either potato chips or tortilla chips.
