2 T. liquid smoke
2 T. soy sauce
2 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
4 lbs. beef brisket
Mix liquid smoke, soy sauce, celery salt, pepper, Worchestershire sauce, salt, garlic salt, onion salt in a bowl. Place brisket in baking bag, fat side up, pour above mixture over top of brisket, close bag. Bake at 300 for 5 hours.
