Bacon Swiss French Bread

Bacon Swiss French Bread

1 loaf French bread
1 c. butter or margarine, softened
4 tsp. favorite mustard (I like the honey mustard)
1 1/2 – 2 cups grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. fried bacon, crumbled (use Bits if you’re in a hurry)
1/3 c. green onions, chopped

Slice bread in half horizontally. Combine next 5 ingredients. Spread over the cut sides of bread. Place on baking sheet and bake at 375° or until browned and bubbly, approximately 15 minutes. Jodi has found that you can mix and match ingredients with great success!
