Lori's Banana Bread
1/4 c. shortening
2 eggs
3 bananas, mashed
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
salt
Cream sugar, shortening and eggs. Add mashed bananas, vanilla, then the dry ingredients. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes.
