5 lbs. red potatoes
3 T. melted butter
garlic salt to taste
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 green onions, chopped fine
4 celery stalks, chopped fine
1/2 c. real mayonnaise
4 oz. sour cream
curry powder to taste
Set oven to 350 degrees. Cut potatoes into chunks and spread on a cookie sheet. Drizzle with melted butter, garlic salt and seasoning slat. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add remaining ingredients and toss well. Sprinkle heavily with curry powder.
