Brownie Cake

1 pkg. chocolate pudding mix (NOT instant, 4 serving size)
2 c. milk
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
6 oz. milk chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Place cake mix in a large mixing bowl. In a saucepan, mix pudding and milk as directed on package. Cook until boiling.  Remove from heat and stir into dry cake mix; stir in oil. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Makes 12-15 servings.
