Butterfinger Pie
1 box vanilla instant sugar-free pudding and milk
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tubs extra creamy Cool Whip
8 Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
2 extra serving size graham cracker pie crusts
Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and one tub of Cool Whip until smooth. Prepare pudding according to package directions. Blend pudding and cream cheese mixture together. Stir in 4 crushed Butterfingers. Pour mixture evenly into 2 pie crusts. Top each pie with half of the remaining tub of Cool Whip, spreading evenly. Sprinkle tops of pies with remaining 4 Butterfingers and chill. Makes 2 pies.
