3/4 cup white corn syrup
3 cups brown sugar
3 sticks butter

Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add:

3/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Use 2 Turkey Size Foil Pans:

Grease pans thoroughly. Divide  3 bags of butter flavor puff corn into the greased foil pans.  Divide and pour hot corn syrup mixture over puff corn and use spoon to coat thoroughly.

Bake in 250 degree oven for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

Let cool completely!
