1 lb. hamburger
2 c. celery, chopped
1 can Chinese vegetables
2 cans condensed mushroom soup
3 T. soy sauce
1 c. rice, cooked as per pkg. directions
Cook hamburger until almost done. Add celery and onion and cook tender crisp. Add Chinese vegetables and soup. Stir in soy sauce and rice. Mix well. Pour into 9×13 casserole, sprayed with Pam cooking spray. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes, or until hot.
