5 to 6 potatoes
1 onion, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 bag California Blend vegetables
1 qt. water
6 chicken boullion cubes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Cut potatoes in small pieces. Mix with chopped onion, chopped celery, California Blend vegetables, 1 qt. water and 6 boullion cubes in pan; Cook until potatoes are done. Add 2 cans cream of chicken soup and 1 lb. Velveeta cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted.
