2 – 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
24 vanilla wafers
cherry pie filling
Mix softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Place vanilla wafers in bottom of cupcake papers. Pour in mixture and place a spoonful of cherry pie filling on top. Bake at 35o degrees for 25 minutes. Makes about 24 tarts.
