Chicken Salad with Pineapple
3 large chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. almonds, sliced or chopped
1/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. sweet pickles, cubed (or sweet pickle relish)
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients except mayonnaise in a bowl and mix well. Add the mayonnaise and mix to coat. Chill, covered until serving time.
