Chocolate Cheesecake to Kill For
Crust:
6 T. butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
Mix all together. Press into the bottom of a 9″ spring-form pan. Will be crumbly. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool, do not remove from pan.
Cheesecake:
3 – 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. sour cream
8 squares semi-sweet chocolate, melted
7 T. strong coffee
2 T. heavy cream
1 tsp. dark rum, or rum flavoring
Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn oven off and prop door open slightly for hour to cool. Remove and cool in refrigerator. Serve with chocolate raspberry dessert wine.
