Chocolate Chip Butterscotch Bars

Bars:

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 sm. pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. cocunut
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all of the ingredients together.  This will be a very stiff batter.  Press into a 15 x 10 jelly roll pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min. 

Glaze:
1 c. butterscotch chips
3 T. milk
2 T. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Melt all ingredients in a saucepan.  Spread over warm bars. Let cool, then cut into bars.
