Chocolate Chip Cookies

3/4 c. margarine, softened
3/4 c. butter-flavored Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Cream margarine & Crisco until smooth.  Add sugar and brown sugar and mix until light & fluffy.  Add eggs, 1 at a time and beat until super fluffy!  Stir in vanilla.  Combine flour, salt and baking soda.  Gradually add to sugar mixture.  Stir in chocolate chips.  Chill dough at least one hour.  Bake at 375 for 11-12 minutes.  Do not overbake.  Remove from oven when the edges being to brown.  Cool.  These are positively delicious!
*Note:  Nila is Vicki Adrian’s sister and THE BEST COOKIE BAKER IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
