Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Bars
1 roll refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Pat out half of the cookie dough into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix softened cream cheese, egg and sugar until smooth; spread over cookie dough. Top with spoonfuls of remaining cookie dough. Bake about 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
*Note: I usually make my own cookie dough using mini chocolate chips instead of the standard size, and it turns out great as well!
