1 c. Crisco
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. chunky peanut butter
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. milk
3/4 c. quick oatmeal
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Mix Crisco, sugars, eggs & peanut butter well. Add the sifted dry ingredients; flour, soda and salt and the milk. Mix. Add oatmeal and choclate chips. Roll into balls about the size of a walnut. (*If dough is too soft, chill for 2 hours). Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
