Coffee Cup Cupcake

1 dry cake mix (any flavor)
1 dry angel food cake mix*
(*Use an angel food cake mix that you would add water only)

Mix well. Store in a sealed container to use when you want a quick snack.

To prepare:
3 T. water
1 T. chocolate chips

Put 1/3 cup of dry cake mix into a microwave safe coffee mug.  Add water and chocolate chips and stir well.  Microwave for 75 seconds, tip upside down on saucer and cake should fall out with a tiny bit of prodding.  It’s ready to eat!  Enjoy!
