1 pkg. Sweet Pepper & Onion Cheeseball Mix (*Available at Adrians)
*** set aside the topping mix package
8 oz. cream cheese
4 T. butter
1 can refrigerated pizza crust
1 cup chopped vegetables of your choice (Ideas…broccoli, red peppers, mushrooms, carrots, olives, etc.
Bake the pizza crust according to the package directions. Cool.
Prepare Sweet Pepper & Onion Cheesball Mix according to the directions. Spread on pizza crust. Top with your favorite vegetables and the Tomato & Herb topping.
Serve as a cold appetizer or side dish. Add strips of baked chicken for a light and delicious entree.
Of course you can substitute the Sweet Pepper & Onion Mix or another cheeseball mix of your choice. This makes a great appetizer to take to a party!
