1 pkg. Cranberry Walnut Mix (available at Adrians)
1 pkg. Ambrosia Mix (available at Adrians)
2 pkg. (8 oz cream cheese)
1 c. sour cream
1 (15 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained & chopped
Mix packets together with fruit. Stir in sour cream. Add softened cream cheese; mix well. Place on serving dish. Garnish with chopped nuts if desired. Chill overnight. Serve with crackers. Can be a cheese ball by omitting sour cream.
