1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 package Cranberry Walnut Dip Mix* (Available in-store or online at Adrians)
6 oz white chocolate chips
Frosting:
1 can cream cheese icing (or make your own)
3/4 cup Craisins
3/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Mix yellow cake mix, vanilla pudding, water, oil and 4 eggs together with mixer until well blended, approximately 2 minutes. Stir in Cranberry Walnut Dip Mix and white chocolate chips. Pour into greased baking dish and bake. I experimented with two different pans:
Jelly Roll pan (approx. 11″ x 17″) Baked at 350 for about 20-22 minutes.
Glass Lasagna Pan (larger than a 9×13) Baked at 350 for about 30-32 minutes.
I would like to try this as cupcakes, or bake in two loaf pans to slice.
