Crock Pot Ambrosia Cake

Absolutely Delicious and Oh! So! Easy!
Featuring Country Home Creations Ambrosia Dip & Dessert Mix

Screenshot 2015-12-02 11.57.292 – 15 oz. cans crushed pineapple (1 can drained and one can undrained)
1 package Ambrosia Dip Mix, dry
1 dry Yellow Cake Mix
1 stick chilled butter, sliced or shredded
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Spray crock pot with Pam or use a crock pot liner.  Dump 2 cans of crushed pineapple (1 can drained, 1 can undrained) into crock pot and pour in dry dip mix.  Stir in completely.  Pour on entire box of dry yellow cake mix.  Even out with a fork.  Slice chilled butter into small pats or shred and place all over top of cake mix.  If desired, sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts.  Turn crock pot on high and bake for 2 1/2 – 3 hours without lifting the lid.

YUM!  So easy!  Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
