8 oz. rotini pasta
1 T. oil
1 onion, diced
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3/4 c. vinegar
1 T. mustard
2 cucumbers, sliced
Cook and drain Rotini. Add onion and oil. Combine sugar, water, vinegar and mustard. Add to cucumbers. Let set in refrigerator for 3 hours before serving.
