Just add 1 1/2 cups sour cream and 1/2 cup mayonnaise to one package of mix to make 2 cups of this delicious dip. To make roll ups, spread a thin layer on fresh flour tortillas (we like the green spinach or red roasted red pepper tortillas just for looks). Top with a sprinkling of shredded cheddar cheese, sliced black olives, thinly sliced green onions, tomatoes, green peppers, or whatever you like. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Let refrigerate for several hours or overnight to blend flavors. Slice roll ups as you need them. These are also great with some sliced deli turkey or leftover roasted chicken rolled up inside. Use your imagination!
