8oz. pkg cream cheese
1/2 c. butter (not margarine)
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 T. brown sugar
3/4 c. miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped pecans or sliced almonds
Cream together cream cheese and butter. Add vanilla, sugars and beat well. Fold in the chocolate chips. Let set in fridge for 3 hours. Form into a ball and then roll inthe pecans or almonds. Serve with graham crackers or graham cracker sticks. I form the cheese ball into a log.
