1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad oil
2 T. milk
Combine flour, sugar and salt in a 9″ pie pan. Mix with fork. Beat oil and milk together with a fork and mix with flour mixture until evenly dampened. Press with fingers in even layer over bottom, up sides and partially over rim. Flute edges. Bake in 350° oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let crust cool and pour in filling. This is a rich crumbly crust and EASY!
