Eclair Dessert

Crust:
1 c. water
1 stick margarine
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Bring water and margarine to a boil. Add flour; stir in eggs one at a time. Place in ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Cool.

Filling:
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
12 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
2 T. margarine
3 T. milk
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix pudding and milk, add cream cheese and put on crust. Layer Cool Whip on top. Melt margarine, milk and chocolate chips, then add powdered sugar. Drizzle over dessert. Refrigerate.
