Elaine's Peanut Butter Cookies
1 c. butter or oleo
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Cream butter and sugars, add eggs; add dry ingredients. Mix well. Form into balls, then flatten with floured fork. Bake at 375 degrees on lightly greased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes.
