Fabulous Chocolate Dessert

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa powder
3 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 c. boiling water

Mix all together. Grease 2-9×13 pans or one sheet cake pan. Bake at 325° for 30-40 minutes. Frost.

Frosting:
6 T. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 T. milk
25 miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil margarine, sugar and milk for 1 minute. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips and vanilla. Mix and frost.
