Fresh Peach or Strawberry Pie in Easy Crust

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 T. milk
1 1/2 T. sugar
1/2 c. oil

Sift dry ingredients directly into pie pan.  Stir milk and oil together and pour into flour.  Stir until crumbly and press into pan.  Prick crust and bake in 375° oven until golden.

1 c. water
2 T. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
3 T. dry peach Jello
2-3 c. sliced peaches
whipped cream

Cook until clear and add 3 T. dry peach Jello.  Cool. Pour over 2-3 cups sliced peaches in the cooled shell.  Refrigerate 2-3 hours and serve with whipped cream, if desired.  To make strawberry pie, substitute dry strawberry jello and sliced strawberries in the filling.
