2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. flour
Cream sugar and butter; add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Mix. Add flour mixed with soda and baking powser. Mix. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 11-12 minutes. Good sprinkled with cinnamon sugar before baking or iced with strawberry icing after baking.
*Note: I had the privilege to stay with Doris and her wonderful husband, Vern in Scottsdale for a much needed rest. They are such sweet people, and Doris is a fabulous baker and cook!
