2 c. boiling water
3 oz. lime Jell-O
3 oz. lemon Jell-O
1 c. mayonnaise
12 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
15 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice
8 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Stir water, and both Jell-O’s together. Cool and let it start to thicken. Mix together mayonnaise and sweetened condensed milk, add to Jell-O mixture. Add the rest of the ingredients, stirring well. Pour into 9 X 13 pan. Cover and put in the fridge. Cut into squares to serve.
