1 pkg. Honey Apple Pecan Dip Mix (Available at Adrians)
2-20 oz. cans crushed pineapple
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. butter, sliced thinly
2 c. pecans, chopped
Cool Whip
Drain only one can of pineapple and spread both cans on the bottom of a lightly greased 13 x 9 in. baking dish. Sprinkle packet of Honey Apple Pecan Dip Mix over pineapple; gently mix into pineapple with a fork. Sprinkle cake mix on top of pineapple and Honey Apple Pecan mixture. Smooth out evenly with fork. Dot evenly with butter; and sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min. or until golden and bubbly. Serve with Cool Whip or Ice Cream! Everyone loves this dessert!
