Hot Scalloped Potato Salad

2 T. margarine
2 T. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. real mayonnaise
6 cooked potatoes
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. pepper

Melt margarine in small pan; blend in flour.  Slowly stir in milk.  Cook over medium heat, stirring until sauce boils, one minute.  Remove from heat.  Blend in mayonnaise, onion, celery, salt and pepper.  Fold diced potatoes into sauce.  Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
