Ice Cream Bread

My friend, MJ Ramsey from Arkansas shared this interesting recipe with me.  It came from a multi award winning chef and is delicious! This would be so fun to make with your kids!  Thank you MJ!

2 cups ice cream any flavor softened
***For best results, use full fat ice cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray and four an 8 x 4 loaf pan

In a medium bowl mix the ice cream and flour together until just combined.
Scoop into the loaf pan and smooth out.
