Recipe by Sandy Brooks
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter
Place above ingredients in a 9 x 13 pan. Mix ingredients and press into pan creating a crust. Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
Filling:
6 eggs
3 cups sugar
Zest of 3 lemons
1 cup and 2 TBSP lemon juice
Whisk eggs then add sugar and zest of lemons. Whisk well. Stir in lemon juice. Sift 1/2 cup flour over mixture. Mix well. Pour over crust bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
