Lemon Tea Cakes

1 box lemon cake mix
1 egg white
1 sm. tub Cool Whip
2 sm. pkg. lemon pudding
1 3/4 c. milk
1 c. egg whites
3 T. sugar

Mix cake mix, egg white, and Cool Whip, bake in cupcake pans with liners, cool. Top with lemon pudding mixed with milk.  Mix egg whites and sugar until it forms peaks.  Spoon over cakes. Brown with  a kitchen browning torch.  Makes beautiful cakes.
