1 lb. elbow macaroni
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. carrots, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. cheese, cubed
1 c. frozen peas
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 c. sugar
2 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook macaroni according to directions on package. Chop the next 5 ingredients rather finely. Mix macaroni, vegetables & cheese together. Mix vinegar, condensed milk, sugar, mayonnaise, salt & pepper to taste. Pour over macaroni mixture & let set in the refrigerator several hours to allow flavors to blend.
