Ingredients:
1 t. pepper
1 T. olive oil
1 t. onion powder
2 T. Worchestershire
1 T. Minced garlic
Mix all the ingredients and rub over a 1.7-2 pound tenderloin. Put in a glass 9×13 cake pan. Seal with tin foil. Bake at 250F for 5 hours. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Any left-over tenderloin may be shredded and added to the excess baking juices and made for a sandwich after being reheated. Enjoy!
