Marinated Ham Rolls

These are just delicious!  Very easy to make (you can make ahead and pour the sauce over before baking) and they are a hit!

2 dz. potato rolls
1 lb. shaved ham
1/2 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
2 sticks butter
3 tsp. ground mustard
3 tsp. poppy seed
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp. diced onion
French fried onions

Cut the rolls in half and layer the bottom halves in baking dish. Top with ham and cheese. Put the top half of roll on. At this point you can cover and keep in fridge until ready to bake.  Bring butter, mustard, poppy seeds, onion and Worcestershire sauce to near boil. Pour evenly over the rolls. Sprinkle with French fried onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until slightly browned and heated throughout.  Delicious!

Thank you for sharing Carol!
