1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. cooked raisins
1 c. juice from raisins
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 tsp. salt
1 egg
Nuts (optional)
Cream sugar and shortening together. Blend in all other ingredients. Pour into paper lined cupcake pans. Bake at 350° for about 11 minutes. Frost with your favorite frosting.
