1 – 29 oz. can pumpkin
1 – 12 oz. can evaporated milk
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. Outrageous Pumpkin Dessert Dip Mix (Available at Adrian’s)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 – 18 oz. pkg. yellow cake mix, dry
3/4 – 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1 cup butter, melted
Garnishes: Whipped Cream, Cool Whip or Vanilla Ice Cream
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a medium bowl, whisk together pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, 2 teaspoons Outrageous Pumpkin Dessert Dip Mix and salt. Spread evenly in a greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the top. Spread evenly with a fork. Sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired. Drizzle melted butter over all. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
Generously serves 10-12.
